What is my school code?

Can I see a proof of my child?
We only offer online proofing for Spring Casuals, Graduation Handshakes and Senior Photography. If photography is prepay, online proofing is not available.

When will I receive my order?
School Day, Spring Casuals and/or Classroom Group pictures take approximately 2-3 weeks from date taken if your order was turned in on time. Athletic, Proms and Graduation Memory Mates take approximately three weeks from date taken if your order was turned in on the date taken. Late orders may take up to four weeks from the date we receive your order, if the pictures were taken within the same school year.

Where does it tell me my deadline date?

Why am I not seeing my order form online?

My child took School pictures. Can I send my order in late?
Yes! Please go online to the designated link on your order form and place your order there, if you do not know your link Click Here and follow the steps for ordering or you may mail your completed order form with payment to the address listed.

My child's order was not delivered to the school with the rest of the orders. When will I receive my order?
If you placed your order late then you will receive it 3-4 weeks after we receive it. If not a late order please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will check on the status of your order.

Why am I being charged a late fee?
When orders come in after 48 hours of the deadline date you are charged a late fee. This deadline date is set in order for us to process a batch order (all at once) to our lab. Blunck's incurs a late (processing) fee, from our lab, for any individual order processed after that time. Deadlines are set so overall pricing doesn't increase, and you our customer, pay the higher price.

I'm not happy with my child's pictures, are retakes available?
We do retakes on School Day Pictures only. These pictures are normally taken in the fall. Most schools will schedule at least one retake day.

Why do prices vary at different schools?
Most school photos are considered a fundraiser, so prices will vary with the type of school services we provide. Fundraising collections are paid back to the schools at the end of the photography season.

I am a divorced parent. Can I place my own order from my child's school picture?
At Bluncks's we understand that some kids have two homes and every situation is unique. Please call us at 1-800-825-8625 and we will be glad to discuss options with you.

Can I reorder portraits?

What should my child wear for school portraits?
Solid colors do well. Avoid bold stripes, patterns or logos for a more timeless look.

What if my child is sick or absent on picture day?

Is there an option for retouching on my child's complexion?
Yes! Please be sure to mark on your order form that you wish to add retouching.

Why is our school offering spring portraits since my child was photographed in the fall?
Fall portraits are usually required for your child's school records and for yearbook publication. In addition, many schools choose to offer spring portraits for their variety and their casual look. Parents love the spring casual portraits because they are fun, and the kids love the novelty items.

How can I help on school portrait day?
There are many helpful things you can do for the school to make picture day run more smoothly. Please contact your school office and tell them if you would like to help. They'll thank you for it!
